It’s important to be kept in the loop. Our technology enables our partners to share our up-to-the minute information with their customers – RUBIX calculates estimated response times every three minutes. 

RUBIX can also send updates with a text message and a link to a live, mobile-optimised map that shows the location and ETA of the attending operative.
