having attended over 1,000,000 calls for assistance in our 35

Speed of response is essential and with London being one
of the busiest and congested Capitals in the world, it is crucial we respond to
calls for assistance quickly. Our aim is to attend calls for assistance, on
average within 40 minutes. Major incidents in the capital are
responded to immediately, with mobilisation times under 10 minutes.
